Eugene Environmental Film Festival: April 15th-24th

Coming Soon! The Center for Environmental Futures is sponsoring this year’s Eugene Environmental Film Festival, in partnership with Emerald Earth Film Festival. The festivities run

from April 15th through the 24th, with both a virtual and live screening portion!

The virtual portion will run from April 15-22, with free streaming global access to over 60 diverse films from regions all over the world. The event will begin with an online opening reception with music from Indigenous fusion flutist and percussionist Mignon Geli & Mountain Lion Padilla.

Then, on the weekend of April 22-24, Broadway Metro will host 12 live screenings with weekend passes available. On Friday, there will be an opening reception at New Zone Gallery with musical guest Ricardo Cardenas. Each film will be accompanied by a proceeding Q&A with filmmakers and activists. A portion of the proceeds will go to Cascadia Wildlands and Our Children’s Trust.
