The Oregon State Bar is presently accepting public input on a new proposal that would allow paralegals to provide limited legal services in matters of family law and landlord/tenant cases.

For the February listening session, MBA President Jovita Wang invites conversation on the topic of the paraprofessional licensing proposal being considered by the OSB Board of Governors.
