The SCR spring student research grant program is being offered to UO graduate students to support science communication research that advances the research missions of SCR and UO. SCR, the Center for Science Communication Research, is a social science research center housed in SOJC dedicated to leading and teaching science communication research that addresses complex problems and improves evidence-based decision making.
We are offering up to $300 in funding to graduate students for grants.
SCR small grants are designed to fund promising science communication research projects.
Proposed projects that improve and/or study diversity, equity, and inclusion through science communication research will be prioritized. Additionally, research projects focused on SCR’s five key areas of research excellence will be prioritized.
